Brewed milk

The typical representative of this kind of milk is [children’s milk].

This milk flaunts [children’s milk], shouldn’t it be more suitable for babies to drink?

In fact, this kind of milk does not use 100% milk as the raw material, and usually contains only about 80% raw cow (sheep) milk or reconstituted milk. Although the protein content can be above 2.3 g/100 g, it is still not as good as the protein content of pure milk and fresh milk (2.9 g/100 g).

Among them, the promotion of strengthening certain nutrients is also the most common variety, and babies can fully obtain them in normal supplementary foods and breast milk or milk powder.

In addition, in order to cater to the baby’s preferences, this kind of milk usually adds sweet raw materials for the taste, so the sugar content is generally high.

If you don’t want your child to have the habit of drinking [sweet drinks] from an early age, don’t choose.

Milk beverage

The essence of milk-containing beverages is actually beverages, not milk.

Many parents confuse milk drinks with yogurt. However, just look at the nutrition table again and you will know:

The protein content of these [milk] is only 0.7 g/100 g, which is far lower than 2.9 g/100 g of pure milk and fresh milk.

This is far from the standard deviation of [milk].

In addition, these milk-containing drinks have a very high sugar content, so they are not suitable for babies to drink.

Coconut milk

The raw materials of coconut milk are coconut juice, coconut meat, cream, sugar, etc. Therefore, coconut milk is not milk but vegetable protein beverage.

Although it is a vegetable protein beverage, its protein content is as low as 0.5 g/100 mL, and its nutritional value is far lower than that of milk. Therefore, if you want to give [coconut milk] to your baby as milk, it is not recommended.
