Some foods, even after the shelf life, can be eaten, mainly including the following:
Frozen food: Bacteria do not grow under frozen conditions, so frozen food can be stored for a long time as long as it does not thaw.
Canned food: Canned food is food that has been sealed and heated for a long time after ultra-high temperature. The bacteria in the food have been completely killed and will not deteriorate as long as it is not opened.
Normal temperature milk: It is heated at ultra-high temperature, all bacteria are killed, and it is filled into sterile containers under sterile conditions, just like canned food. As long as it is not opened, it will not deteriorate, and it is still safe to expire.
However, it should be noted that some expired foods can be eaten, but it does not mean that expired shops can still sell them. Anything that has passed the shelf life is not allowed to be sold!
