1. Adulteration risk
A study published in the American Journal of Pediatrics on April 6, 2015 showed that some breast milk sold online was mixed with milk, and 10 of 102 bottles of breast milk sold online were found mixed with 10% milk.

2. Risk of bacteria exceeding the standard
