Little knowledge about nose
01
We keep getting snot every day
Approximately 1000 mL per day
Some of it will flow into the stomach.
Some of them are slowly being killed.
Turned into nose excrement

03
Rhinitis ≠ Sinusitis
The nasal cavity is connected to the sinuses
Inflammation in nasal cavity is rhinitis
When inflammation spreads through the mucosa to the sinuses
It became sinusitis
If the nasal obstruction is severe, the nasal mucus appears pus-like
Obvious pain in forehead, nose between eyes, etc.
Beware of Rhinitis Complicated with Sinusitis
Methods of preventing and treating rhinitis
Step 1 Wear a mask when you go out
Masks can effectively isolate impurities in the air, reduce the chance of contact with allergens and prevent rhinitis. In addition, daily attention should be paid to cleaning textiles, using air purifiers with filter screens, vacuum cleaners, etc.
Step 2: Rinse the nasal cavity every day
Cleaning the nasal cavity with normal saline can keep the nasal cavity moist, remove excessive secretions and residual allergens in the nasal cavity, and effectively relieve the symptoms of rhinitis. It is recommended to use it 1-2 times a day and persist in using it.
3. Medication
There are mainly two types of drugs for treating rhinitis: vasoconstrictors to relieve nasal congestion; Antihistamines and glucocorticoids are used to relieve runny nose, sneezing and other symptoms. Reasonable use of drugs can effectively relieve rhinitis symptoms without worrying.
Friendly reminder: Some nasal drugs that can quickly relieve nasal congestion may contain [ephedrine] ingredients, which may cause atrophic rhinitis when used for a long time. It is recommended not to use them continuously for more than 7 days.
Autumn and winter are the time of high incidence of rhinitis. Get up, take a bath, go out, eat hot pot… If you are not careful, you will [sneeze incessantly, runny nose incessantly]. No matter how tall your nose is, you will blow into red garlic.
Rhinitis comes, don’t want to talk, don’t want to go out, don’t want to work… what don’t want to do anything, even think IQ has been lowered.
If you also have a friend who is troubled by rhinitis, don’t ask him [why did you catch a cold again], just pass a piece of paper.
