However, the real Zhou Yang lying beside Li on Tuesday is suffering from cancer recurrence and metastasis.
The attending doctors in Inner Mongolia could not find a good chemotherapy plan, and the hospitals in Beijing had no choice at this time.
In order for Quan Jian to delete relevant information on the Internet and apologize, Quan Jian was taken to court on Tuesday.
In April 2015, the judgment of the Songshan District People’s Court of Chifeng City showed that it was impossible to prove that the infringement on the Internet (false propaganda of Zhou Yang’s illness, use of Zhou Yang’s portrait and name) came from the official of Quanjian Company, so the judgment lost on Tuesday.

Dealers are usually responsible for these accidents, while Quan Jian Company walked away.
For example, Ms. Xu from Shandong Province suffered severe burns to her legs during a fire treatment three years ago and spent more than 100,000 yuan on treatment. Up to now, it is difficult for her legs to squat down.
In July 2018, after two years of difficult lawsuits, the court ruled that the dealer was liable for compensation, but her lawyer told us that the latter had already run away.
An old man surnamed Bao in Inner Mongolia died of a relapse of heart disease due to improper operation of staff when he was doing fire therapy in a fire therapy hall (Quan Jian Franchise Store) in 2016.
Although the operator of the fire therapy shop believed that the power and health company with which it [has an affiliated relationship] should also be liable for compensation, the court’s final judgment did not support it.

Not only in the cases prosecuted by the victims of fire treatment burns, but also in the cases prosecuted by public prosecution agencies all over the country for pyramid selling, Quan Jian Company also shifted the responsibility to the distributors without knowing it.
In December 2017, the second trial of a power and health dealer case ended in Liupanshui, Guizhou. Three power and health dealers were sentenced for pyramid selling activities. Organizers were charged with developing 39 offline personnel to form more than three levels of pyramid selling, involving 1.64 million yuan.
Quan Jian Company provided testimony in the case that it was a direct selling enterprise established according to law and did not know about the sales mode of the franchisee.
The victims fell into the abyss, while the power and health companies that invented, promoted and benefited from it always got away.
We only found one exception.
The fire treatment and burn accident occurred in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
Ms. Xiao, who was in her 40s, suffered burns to her right upper limb, chest, abdomen and back when receiving fire therapy. She stayed in hospital for 24 days and had to undergo plastic therapy.
The lawsuit lasted for 2 years. In May 2018, the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court upheld the original judgment in the second instance. Quan Jian Company was required to be responsible together with the Fire Therapy Hall, with a total compensation of 270,000 yuan.
Judging from the judgment, the focus of the dispute in this case is whether Quanjian Company should bear the liability for compensation.
During the defense, Quan Jian Company indicated that it did not provide fire therapy services and had nothing to do with dealers.
According to the information of about 20 judicial judgments we have obtained, joining Quan Jian does not need to sign a contract in many cases, and the consumption money is not paid directly to Quan Jian Company, but handled through dealers.
This well-prepared cutting method has been tried and tested repeatedly in previous cases of power and health fire therapy, but it has failed in Shenzhen.
The Shenzhen Intermediate Court finally decided that the signboard of the store that gave Ms. Xiao fire therapy had power and health, and it also introduced power and health fire therapy services. Evidence, including WeChat chat records, showed that the participants always claimed to be power and health people and developed offline.
The court held that whether it is external publicity or internal relations, it is highly possible that Quan Jian Company has a significant connection with the fire therapy shop.
Therefore, the court ruled that Quan Jian should also bear the responsibility.
Ms. Xiao’s lawyer told us that the lawsuit is not over yet and Quan Jian is still applying for a retrial.
If the verdict is implemented, the 10 billion commercial empire, which started with fire therapy, will finally be responsible for the fire therapy burn accident.
But for the Li family on Tuesday at the beginning of the story, there is no chance.
So far, he has left Zhou Yang’s ashes with him and kept several boxes of information related to Zhou Yang and Quan Jian. Thousands of photos record the girl’s laughter and misfortune.
However, Quan Jian obtained a direct selling license in 2013 and has had a talisman ever since.
It was also in that year that Shu Yuhui said in an interview with direct selling media that Quan Jian’s turnover should reach 500 billion yuan within five years.
