A proper nap should make people feel refreshed and energetic after waking up. If you wake up feeling bad, agitated or depressed after taking a nap, it is likely to represent one thing: sleeping too much.
After 60 minutes of sleep, people will gradually shift from light sleep to deep sleep. At this time, the brain seems to be locked, inactive and the blood flow will decrease.
At this time, if a person is suddenly woken up, the brain has not been unlocked, temporary blood supply is insufficient, and the function of the autonomic nervous system is disordered. People will also feel bad mood and uncomfortable everywhere.
There are two ways to solve this problem,
First, don’t take a nap immediately when you are full.
Second, the nap time should be shorter and controlled within 20 minutes as far as possible.
If neither of these methods works, then don’t take a nap. Make sure you sleep at night and feel refreshed during the day.
