Simple 5-step massage exercises can relieve shoulder and neck pain and can be done at home.

During the New Year, you are lazy and paralyzed at home. Do you often feel weak due to neck soreness, shoulder stiffness, waist soreness and backache? After physical and mental work, I feel even more exhausted?

While at home during the Spring Festival, massage and relax with your family.

Today, Dr. Clove asked two younger brothers to be models to demonstrate the daily relaxation massage, and made a set of moving pictures to make it look more intuitive.

The first move is neck massage.

I’m afraid this area behind my neck is the pain of many people, and I feel uncomfortable in an unguarded moment.

Then try these methods.

First of all, people who enjoy massage should sit well, preferably sit back on the chair, so that they can put their hands on the back of the chair to keep their bodies stable.

Secondly, the massager holds one hand in front, gently holds it on his forehead, and puts the other hand on the back of the cervical spine, holding the muscles for massage. Note that the technique is [pinch].

Finally, pinch for about 10 minutes at a time, not too long, otherwise your fingers will ache.

Second Shoulder Massage

That is, the massage and relaxation of the superior trapezius muscle, that is, it is like this:

We can use [kneading] method to knead the upper part of trapezius muscle with our fingers, from the root of neck to the shoulder, and repeat 10 times.

If you feel tired, there is another more labor-saving method: massage your shoulder and neck with your forearm.

It is to press the upper trapezius muscle with the ulna on the medial side of the forearm, and then rotate the forearm, which means rolling dumpling wrappers with a rolling pin.

Repeat 8 ~ 10 times from neck root to shoulder.

The third move is neck root massage.

The root of the neck, in fact, is often unable to press, this is because the hand shape is wrong.

The correct hand shape should look like the following figure:

Use this part of your finger to [press] the muscles around the neck root and push it downward or to both sides for about 10 times.

The fourth move is back massage

The best way to do this massage is to get down.

However, the two younger brothers, who were forced to be able-bodied, did not want to lie down to demonstrate in the busy office, so this demonstration is still demonstrated in a sitting position:

The massager clenched his fist with both hands, resisted the inner side of his back [little wings], and slipped from top to bottom, repeating 10 times.

Of course, remind me again, this massage is best done by lying down.

The fifth move is a back slap.

When the above four massages are completed, you need to have a relaxation.

Don’t worry, it’s not what you think, but this:

A back pat.

Professionals usually end with this action. However, this looks simple, but in fact it also requires special practice. You should often find someone to practice.

Speaking of massage techniques today, they are actually some simple techniques, which are relatively simple and easy to implement and play a relaxing role.

Everyone has seen here, while at home, call the family around you to massage each other!
