Eat
1. Red dates and brown sugar do not [enrich blood]
Many women have iron deficiency anemia and like to eat red dates and brown sugar to make up for it.
However, although red dates and brown sugar are red, their iron content is not high:
- 96.6% of brown sugar is sugar, with very little iron content. The iron content in red dates is about 2 mg/100g, which is not a good source of iron.
Thin red meat, blood products and animal liver are really good foods for supplementing iron and blood.
2. Potatoes are a staple, not a dish
The starch content of potatoes is about 17%, a little lower than that of rice (26%).

However, potatoes are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals, with strong satiety and low calories, and are a good staple food choice.
3. The food is moldy and cannot be eaten where there is no mold.

6. Juice is not a healthy drink

8. Get up in the morning and drink light salt water without detoxification.
Getting up early to drink saline will not only fail to detoxify, but will aggravate the water shortage of the body, which is not conducive to blood pressure and kidney.
The salt intake of Chinese residents generally exceeds the standard, so don’t drink more salt water.
Especially for people with hypertension, heart disease and renal dysfunction, don’t drink it.

The longer the defecation time, the easier it is to have problems.
The best time to go to the toilet (defecation) is about 3-5 minutes. I really can’t go out. Go out for a stroll and try again.
Books, newspapers, cell phones, tablets… don’t take them into the toilet.
10. It is normal to poop 3 ~ 21 times a week.

Good poop, the most important thing is: to be regular.

11. There is no best time to poop
After food is digested, the body will expel the remaining residue, which is defecation. It has nothing to do with detoxification, and it is not only morning poop that is healthy.

12. [Toilet] is a pseudo-concept

18. Drinking before going to bed will lead to poor sleep.
Although drinking before going to bed can make people drowsy, it will seriously affect sleep quality, become easy to wake up, appear dreaminess, headache and other phenomena, and even affect the performance of the next day.
To have a good sleep, try not to drink alcohol 6 hours before going to bed.
19. Snoring is not sleeping soundly, it may be illness.
Snoring (snoring) during sleep is a sign of poor breathing.
Intense and irregular snoring may indicate sleep breathing disorders, which not only make people easily sleepy and lose energy during the day, but also risk sudden death in severe cases and require treatment.
20. Pillows are not [pillows]
