Ophthalmologists do not recommend children who are too young to play with mobile phones for the following reasons:
First, it is not conducive to the development of vision. Vision develops gradually. When a child is just born, there is no stereoscopic impression in seeing things. Stereoscopic vision does not develop well until he is three years old. If he always looks at the plane before he is three years old, it is not conducive to the development of stereoscopic vision.
Second, lead to premature myopia of children, when children are just born, eyes are farsighted, with the development of eyes, slowly change to normal. When children play with mobile phones, due to short arms, mobile phones are also close, eyes need to adjust hard to see, resulting in myopia.
Third, staring at the screen for a long time will reduce blinking and cause discomfort such as dry eyes and eye fatigue, which is not good for adults and children.
Children should try to watch more realistic objects, especially before the age of three, which is more conducive to the development of stereo vision. If watching cartoons and movies, try to watch them on TV, not with small screens, and don’t let children get too close to the screens. After watching for 20 minutes, you should watch them from a distance for at least 20 seconds to rest.
