Baby’s Supplementary Food Recipe-Spinach Pig Liver Egg Yolk Porridge

Babies aged 7 months and above.

Preparation of ingredients

Spinach, 1 egg yolk, pork liver, rice, water

Manufacturing method

1. Wash spinach, scald it with boiling water, and cut the scalded spinach into foam;

2. After the pork liver is washed, the pork liver is cut into small pieces, cooked and beaten into mud with a blender;

3. Take out the rice congee cooked in advance (if you are not in a hurry, you can cook it now);

4. Add spinach, pork liver mud and egg yolk into porridge and boil.
