Baby’s Supplementary Food Recipe-Simple Egg-wrapped Rice

Babies 1 year old and above.

Before adding mixed ingredients, please make sure that each ingredient has been added separately to the baby and is not allergic.

Preparation of ingredients

Small bowl of rice, proper amount of chopped vegetables/chicken, proper amount of eggs and ketchup (optional)

Manufacturing method

1. Stir-fry rice until fragrant, add vegetables and chicken of your choice, and stir-fry until cooked.

2. Beat and scatter the eggs into a pan. When the egg liquid is half cooked, add a small amount of fried rice in the middle, and then gently wrap the egg skin on the fried rice.

3. Turn the fried egg-wrapped rice upside down and put it on the plate. Finally, you can squeeze ketchup for decoration and seasoning.
