Baby’s Supplementary Food Recipe-Meat Floss

Applicable months

Babies aged 7 months and above.

Before adding mixed ingredients, please make sure that each ingredient has been added separately to the baby and is not allergic.

Preparation of ingredients

Pig hind leg meat, vegetable oil, ginger, scallion, granulated sugar, soy sauce, salt, spiced powder.

(Note: Children under 1 year old should not put any seasonings. Children over 1 year old also try not to put or put less.)

Manufacturing method

1. Braise pork, ginger and scallion in boiling water for 1 ~ 2 hours until they are soft and rotten.

2. Pork is fished up and drained, and smashed with a blender, so that all fibers in the meat are cut off, and the taste is rustling, which is more suitable for chewing and swallowing. Babies over one year old can be made into short shredded meat.

3. Add vegetable oil and seasonings to the shredded meat, stir-fry with minimum heat until completely dry, about 25-30 minutes.

4. After the stored and fried meat floss is cooled, it is put into a clean container and can be refrigerated in a refrigerator for about 1-2 months.
