Baby’s Supplementary Food Recipe-Japanese Teacup Steamed Eggs

Babies aged 8 year and above.

Before adding mixed ingredients, please make sure that each ingredient has been added separately to the baby and is not allergic.

Preparation of ingredients

Eggs, mushrooms, shrimps

(Note: For babies aged 8-9 months, shrimps can be cut into mud or powder. For babies aged 10-12 months, shrimps can be cut into cubes without adding seasonings.)

Manufacturing method

1. Wash fresh mushrooms and shrimps, cut them up, put them into a bowl, add water to cover the ingredients, and put them into a microwave oven to heat for about 2 minutes until boiling;

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, break them up, add warm water and stir evenly, and sieve the egg liquid.

3. After the steamer water is boiled, put the egg liquid into the steamer and steam over medium heat for about 5 minutes;

4. When the egg liquid is semi-solidified, spread shrimps and mushrooms on the surface;

5. Continue steaming and completely solidify the egg liquid (about 10 minutes).
