3 eggs, diced ham, diced carrot, cheese, onion

Manufacturing method

1. Beat the eggs, cut the carrots, cheese and ham into small pieces, put them into the broken eggs, add chopped green onion, and continue to beat evenly;

2. Smear oil on the pan, heat it over low fire, pour egg liquid into the pan after the oil is hot, and spread it out.
