We get all kinds of nutrients through food, some of which are converted into energy and some of which are converted into parts of the body.
When the obtained nutrition is suitable for the needs of the human body, the body is in a good state. However, if the body is unwell or sick, it is not necessarily caused by lack of nutrition. Do not reject rational use of drugs or other medical methods for treatment.
