Baby’s Supplementary Food Recipe-Steamed Eggs with Shrimps

Applicable months

Babies aged 6 months and above.

Before adding mixed ingredients, please make sure that each ingredient has been added separately to the baby and is not allergic.

Preparation of ingredients

1 egg and 1 shrimp

(Note: For babies aged 6-9 months, shrimps can be made into mud. For babies aged 10-12 months, shrimps can be chopped up without adding seasonings.)

Manufacturing method

1. After the eggs are broken, add water and stir evenly in one direction. Sieve to remove bubbles from the egg liquid.

2. Pour the egg liquid into a bowl, cover it with a lid or wrap it with plastic wrap, and steam over low heat for 7-8 minutes.

3. After the egg liquid is formed, add seafood and steam for 4-5 minutes to get out of the pot.

Recipe tips

Children before the age of 1 do not need any seasoning, and after the age of 1, they can add very little sugar or salt for seasoning.

Older children, if they are sure that they will not have food allergy, can match it with seafood and turn it into seafood bowl steaming, which has more flavor.
