Baby’s Supplementary Food Recipe-Yogurt Small Dissolved Bean

Applicable months

Babies 1 year old and above.

Before adding mixed ingredients, please make sure that each ingredient has been added separately to the baby and is not allergic.

Preparation of ingredients

10 g of raw powder, 20 g of formula milk powder, 25 g of yogurt (thick) and 40 g of egg white

Milk can also be used as a substitute for formula milk

Seasonings and side dishes

6g sugar and a few drops of lemon juice

Egg beater, small sieve, scraper, decorator, oil paper, oven.

Manufacturing method

Step 1 Weighing

Weigh raw powder, milk powder and granulated sugar separately and set aside. Weigh 25 g yogurt in one bowl. Weigh 40 g egg white in another large bowl and add a few drops of lemon juice.

Step 2: Mix the yogurt paste

Sift the raw powder and milk powder into yogurt with a sieve and stir with a scraper until there are no particles.

STEP 3 Break the White Cream

After the egg white is slightly opened with an egg beater, add 1/3 granulated sugar and continue to pass. After passing until white foam appears, add 1/3 granulated sugar and pass until small sharp corners appear. Finally, add the remaining 1/3 granulated sugar and pass until the protein cream is very hard.

Step 4 Bake dissolved beans

Preheat the oven with upper and lower fires at 100 ℃, and spread oil paper on the baking tray. When preheating the oven, mix the protein cream and yogurt paste, and turn them up and down with a scraper. Remember not to stir, it is easy to soften the protein cream and get out of water. Pour the stirred protein yogurt paste into a decorator and squeeze out a small tower on the oil paper.

Place the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 100 ℃ for about 60 minutes (or adjust according to the power of your oven) until the dissolved beans harden and can be released from the oven.

Recipe tips

After baking the dissolved beans, take them out of the baking pan, cool them thoroughly at room temperature, put them into a container, seal them, and store them at room temperature. The storage time should not be too long, and it is recommended to finish them within one week.

Yogurt needs to choose thick varieties, such as truthful, Yono, Meiji Bulgarian yogurt, etc. It is best to choose sugar-free yogurt and make it yourself.

Due to the need of production, a certain amount of sugar should be added to the formula, and parents should control the consumption of the baby. The current formula, the added sugar is already the least, and it is not easy to get rid of the protein cream.

Lemon juice is to remove fishy smell. White vinegar can be used instead of fresh lemon.
