Baby’s Supplementary Food Recipe-Crab Meat Carrot Egg Cake

Applicable months

Babies aged 8 months and above.

Before adding mixed ingredients, please make sure that each ingredient has been added separately to the baby and is not allergic.

Preparation of ingredients

80 g of cooked crab meat, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of flour, 50 ml of milk and 5 g of edible oil

Manufacturing method

1. Pour eggs and milk into flour and stir until there are no obvious particles.

2. Pour crab meat and carrot into batter and stir well.

3. Heat the pan and cool the oil. Pour in the batter and spread it out with a scraper. Pan-fry over medium heat for one minute, turn over the surface and fry for another minute to take it out.

4. Cut into a size suitable for the baby to grab, or use abrasive tools to press out lovely small patterns.
