Beef (tenderloin or leg), pumpkin, scallion and ginger in proper amount
Manufacturing method
1. Soak beef in cold water to remove blood. Cut into small pieces and put them into a pan. Blanch the bleeding foam.
2. Put the blanched beef into a pressure cooker and add a proper amount of scallion and ginger to cook until tender.
3. Peel pumpkins, cut them into pieces, boil them in low heat until they are crisp and rotten, and press them into pumpkin mud, or beat them into mud with an auxiliary food machine or cooking machine.
4. Take out the boiled beef, add water and put it into an auxiliary food machine or cooking machine to make mud. Mix pumpkin and beef.
