The core of this problem is the word [quenching thirst], and when we feel thirsty, the first thing to do is to drink water, not to struggle with drinking what water.
If you are used to drinking cold water at ordinary times, drink cold water. If you are used to drinking hot water (note, it is not hot for you) and suddenly drinking too cold water will make your stomach and intestines uncomfortable, then drink hot water. The key to drinking water is to drink enough, not to pay too much attention to the type of water.
How do you judge if you have drunk enough? A relatively simple way to judge is: look at the color of urine, the appropriate amount of drinking water will make urine yellowish and transparent. Of course, it doesn’t mean that everyone will run to the toilet and observe their trumpet when they have nothing to do.
I just hope you can ask your body how to drink more comfortably.
