However, even if the triple protection is added to the body, when looking in the mirror every day, I still find that the skin has deteriorated.
After taking so many defensive measures, I have failed to defeat the sunshine… How can I spend the long summer in front of me?
Today, let the dermatologist draw a key point for you.
Sunscreen not only needs to be applied, but also needs to be mended.
Many people know that sunscreen should be applied in summer, but in practice, not many people can do it completely right.
The most common mistake is: apply sunscreen, but not enough sunscreen.
When wearing clothes and umbrellas, it takes about a coin to apply sunscreen to your face. When sunbathing by the sea, you have to apply more sunscreen. Apply a thin layer of sunscreen to your whole body, and the amount should reach about 30 g.
In addition, it can’t take a whole day to apply sunscreen once in the morning.
The correct smearing frequency is: smear it half an hour before going out; Repeat smearing outdoors every 2-3 hours; Swimming, towel wiping, and applying it once after sweating a lot.
In this way, you can protect your skin in the scorching sun by applying enough sunscreen.
If you are tanned, don’t be impatient and disorderly.
From a health point of view, skin black spots are not necessarily a bad thing.
Melanin, the [culprit] that blackens our skin, can help protect our skin from ultraviolet rays.
Therefore, tanning is actually the normal self-defense mechanism of skin.
Speaking of which, I would like to tell you a sad fact:
After tanning, it is impossible for the skin to go back white at once (unless the skin is bleached).
It takes some patience to restore the skin color. When new cutin grows out, the skin color will slowly recover.
Depending on a person’s skin condition, this process may take weeks to months. Don’t be impatient.
Inflammation patients should pay special attention after sunburn. Be sure to actively treat and carry out moisturizing repair in time. Otherwise, the normal metabolism of skin melanin will be affected and it will take longer to restore whiteness.
Repair it in time after sun exposure to relieve skin’s breath.
Don’t panic after mild sunburn. In addition to going to the hospital in time, we can also take some small measures to repair our skin-
Usually put a few bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator. After sun exposure, spray cool mineral water on the face with sprayer or clean cosmetic cotton to cool the skin.
Use some safe and moisturizing skin care products in time.(e.g. Products containing ceramide and glycerin);
Use facial cleanser as little as possible during inflammation. You can only wash your face with clear water (the water temperature cannot be too high).
Do a good job in moisturizing and improving the basic fighting capacity of skin.
Moisturizing cream can prevent water loss from the cuticle of skin and repair the natural barrier of skin.
Outside the stratum corneum of the skin, there is a sebum membrane composed of water, grease, exfoliated epidermal cells, etc. It is the natural barrier of our skin.
A healthy skin barrier can not only make skin smooth and shiny, but also keep sun damage further away from us. Only when moisturizing well and the skin barrier is healthy enough can the [combat effectiveness] of the skin be guaranteed.
In summer, many [oily skins] will not dare to use moisturizing cream. They feel that it is not easy to wash fresh skin. If they apply moisturizing cream, they will get bored immediately.
In fact, it is not. After cleaning, the sebum membrane becomes weak and the skin is relatively dry. At this time, the use of moisturizing cream can just keep the skin moist and prevent sebaceous glands from compensatory acceleration of sebum secretion to repair the sebum membrane.
Therefore, in summer, the use of refreshing moisturizing cream can not only maintain skin moisture and healthy skin barrier, but also promote skin water-oil balance.
Moisturizing well can make the skin fresher in summer.
